The Google AdSense Program is one of the most widely used online earnings programs to monetize a website. It is being used by internet marketers and webmasters. A Google AdSense affiliate earns online income from website visitors who clicked on ads placed within the website pages. Some people generate consistent income just by using AdSense. Websites that are content-rich have been very successful with this advertising program, as noted in a number of publisher case studies on the AdSense website. People invest significant effort into maximizing their own AdSense income.

Some Google Adsense Tips

1. Remeber, we Ear With Google, not to scam google, afterall, you can’t! Do even try ! Don’t try to game AdSense. It probably won’t surprise you a whit to learn that people have set up sites primarily to showcase ads and draw lots of clicks (and make buckets of money). When Google finds out about these sites (and it often does) it blocks the ads immediately. But dirty play makes the whole system weaker, and it harms not only Google but the people who pay for clicks, too. Don’t be part of that damage.

2. It is very important to familiarize yourself with Google’s Terms of Service in using AdSense. Many people’s accounts have already been temporarily suspended or permanently disabled primarily because of not following Google’s TOS. It is very disheartening for internet marketers who rely primarily on AdSense income when their accounts get banned. Thus, it is a must to know Google’s AdSense guidelines.

3. Integrate you AdSense ads within your website or blog pages as if they are part of the website pages themselves. You can modify the colors or shapes of the Ads to completely merge with the webpage’s structure.

4. Make your ads look like part of your copy: Again, make sure you are following the AdSense TOS. However, if you can make your ads look more like a part of the copy on your web page rather than a stand-out advertisement, you will get more clicks. No one wants to click on an ad, but they will click on a link that appears to lead to more information.

5. Placing the AdSense ads is not the end of implementing the program. Each ad placement generates income different from the others. You have to test, tweak and experiment on the placement of the ads to know what ad positioning earns the best income and which ones work best for you.

There are actually three steps you will have to follow to earn good money with Adsense – these are:

1. Do Keyword research - Find some popular subjects, keywords or phrases that fit your chosen niche subject . Select the ones which you think will have more people searching for it.

You can use the Google Suggest tool here. This tool will tell you exactly how many people searched for a spesific keyword or phrase during the last month.

2. Write original content articles - Start writing original article content around the keywords that you have selected – or do what I suggested above by getting someone else to write your articles for you.

3. Build a Quality content site – By using your orignal articles you will be building a quality content site that the search engines will love. Now, you should be incorporating Adsense ads that targets the subject and keywords of the articles on your websites. It is at this point that you will start earning your first money from Adsense. Continue to build your sites with quality content and you will earn a good income from it eventually.

Once you have an Adsense account, you should look at optimizing your ads. The proper positioning of your ads should be done with care. To optimize the effectiveness of your ads, you should definitely study the tips that Google gives to webmasters here.

You should blend the ads so that they fit in with your site and you should try and position them where surfers are most likely to click on them. According to research, the one place that surfers look first when they visit a certain site is the top left. The reason behind this is not known. Maybe it is because some of the most useful search engine results are at the top of all other rankings. So visitors tend to look in that same place when browsing through other sites.

Finally, the Adsense program has excellent tracking statistics that allows webmasters and publishers to track their results across a number of sites on a site by site or page by page basis. You should make use of these statistics and make the most of it because it is one powerful tool that will help you find out which ads are performing best. This way, you can fine tune your Adsense ads and focus more on the ones being visited the most rather than those who are being ignored.

Once your site has been built, add some new content occasionally just to keep it “alive” in the eyes of the search engines. Then go on and create another quality content site to increase your Adsense income even more.
