Day 2 of 365: 1st working day

Back to work ! yahoo! Somehow that does the trick, I managed to wake up at 5:30am again, so as princess.  to log my schedule and food i ate.  Here you go:

  • woke up at 5:30am
  • walked and fed princess at 6:00am
  • gym spinning at 7:00am
  • showered, get ready, turn on iRobot at 8:40am
  • took princess to school 9:10am
  • at work 9:25 am
  • left work at 4:00pm
  • continue to work at 5:30pm

Summary on food consumption

  1. Weight in the morning: 42.8kg
  2. breakfast: coffee, an apple
  3. Lunch: mixed veg rice
  4. snack: almond
  5. dinner: banana + soya bean milk, salad

plan to go to bed : 9:30pm
